Delivery Policy

QrixNova provides digital services, including URL shortening, link management, subscription packages, click-based plans, time-based plans, domain access, account credits, and related online services.

As our products and services are delivered digitally, no physical product is shipped or delivered to customers.

1. Digital Delivery

After a successful payment and transaction confirmation, the purchased service is generally activated directly on the customer's QrixNova account.

Depending on the selected service, digital delivery may include:

• Activation of a subscription plan.
• Addition of purchased click allowance.
• Activation of time-based service validity.
• Access to eligible domains or platform features.
• Addition of account balance, credits, or other digital benefits.

2. Delivery Time

Most successfully verified purchases are activated instantly or within a few minutes after payment confirmation.

In some cases, activation may take longer due to payment gateway delays, transaction verification, maintenance, network issues, technical problems, or security checks.

3. Payment Confirmation

A payment is considered successfully completed when QrixNova receives confirmation from the relevant payment gateway or payment provider.

A payment deduction from the customer's bank, card, mobile financial service, or other payment method does not always mean that QrixNova has received successful transaction confirmation.

4. Pending or Delayed Delivery

If a payment has been deducted but the purchased service has not been activated, customers should contact QrixNova support and provide the relevant payment information.

This may include:

• Transaction ID.
• Payment amount.
• Payment date and time.
• Payment method.
• QrixNova account information.
• Payment screenshot or receipt, if required.

After verification, the service may be activated manually or the payment issue may be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Delivery to the Correct Account

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they are logged into the correct QrixNova account before completing a purchase.

Services are normally delivered to the account associated with the checkout or purchase transaction. QrixNova may not be able to transfer an activated package, subscription, or digital benefit to another account after delivery.

6. Domain & Feature Access

Access to domains, short-link features, analytics, custom subdomains, or other platform features depends on the purchased plan and the features available under that plan at the time of activation.

Specific domain availability may change due to maintenance, technical requirements, security concerns, registrar issues, DNS problems, or operational changes.

7. Promotional & Bonus Benefits

Promotional credits, bonus clicks, coupon benefits, referral rewards, free access, or other promotional features may have separate eligibility requirements, usage limits, or validity periods.

Such promotional benefits are delivered digitally and may not be transferable or redeemable for cash.

8. Service Activation Issues

If an activated service does not appear correctly in the customer's account, the customer should contact QrixNova support as soon as possible.

We may review account records, transaction information, and system logs to verify and resolve the issue.

9. No Physical Shipping

QrixNova does not currently sell or ship physical goods. Therefore, shipping addresses, courier services, physical delivery charges, and physical delivery timelines are not applicable to purchases of QrixNova digital services.

10. Third-Party Payment Delays

Some transactions may require additional processing time from banks, card issuers, mobile financial services, or payment gateways.

QrixNova is not responsible for delays caused solely by third-party payment providers, but we will assist customers where reasonably possible in verifying payment and service activation.
