Welcome to QrixNova. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, creating a short link, or using any QrixNova service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. Use of Service & Acceptable Use Policy

QrixNova provides URL shortening, link management, redirect, analytics, domain selection, and related digital services. Users are solely responsible for the destination URLs, websites, content, advertisements, campaigns, products, and services connected to links created through QrixNova.

All use of QrixNova must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, and relevant third-party policies. You may not use QrixNova for:

• Pornographic, sexually explicit, adult, XXX, or similar content or websites.
• Phishing, scams, fraud, impersonation, or deceptive activities.
• Malware, viruses, harmful downloads, malicious scripts, or malicious software.
• Illegal products, services, content, or activities.
• Misleading, deceptive, abusive, dangerous, or harmful content.
• Unauthorized collection of passwords, payment information, personal information, or other sensitive data.
• Spam, automated abuse, excessive bot traffic, or activities that may damage, overload, blacklist, flag, or otherwise negatively affect QrixNova infrastructure or domains.
• Copyright, trademark, intellectual-property infringement, or unauthorized use of another party's brand or identity.
• Gambling, restricted products/services, or other content prohibited by applicable law or relevant third-party providers.
• Any activity that violates or creates compliance concerns under the policies of Google, browsers, security providers, advertising platforms, social networks, payment providers, hosting providers, domain registrars, ISPs, or applicable authorities.

Using a QrixNova domain to redirect users to prohibited content may result in immediate suspension or termination without prior notice.

2. Account & User Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all links and activities performed through your account. You must provide accurate information when registering or purchasing a service.

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying every destination URL before creating or distributing a QrixNova short link.

If your account is used to create prohibited, abusive, malicious, or policy-violating links, QrixNova may take action against the account regardless of whether the activity was performed directly by you or through someone who obtained access to your account.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you should contact QrixNova Support immediately.

3. Plans, Clicks & Validity

QrixNova may offer click-based, time-based, unlimited, promotional, trial, or other service plans. Features, available domains, click limits, validity periods, pricing, and other benefits may vary depending on the selected plan.

A plan will remain active according to its stated validity period, click allowance, or other applicable limitation. Once the applicable limit or validity period is reached, access to certain features or redirects may be restricted until the service is renewed.

Access to a specific domain is a service feature and does not constitute ownership of that domain by the User.

4. Payments

All prices displayed during checkout are the prices applicable at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. Users are responsible for verifying the selected package, price, validity, and included features before completing payment.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways. QrixNova is not responsible for temporary outages, processing delays, transaction failures, or other issues caused by third-party payment providers.

5. Refund Policy

Payments for activated digital services are generally non-refundable once the purchased plan, click allowance, domain access, or other digital benefits have been activated or used, subject to applicable law.

A refund may be considered in cases such as duplicate payments, payment confirmation errors, or situations where QrixNova is unable to provide the purchased service.

If an account, link, or service is suspended or terminated because of prohibited, abusive, illegal, or policy-violating activity by the User, QrixNova is not required to provide a refund for the remaining service period, except where required by applicable law.

6. Domains, Short Links & Domain Availability

QrixNova may provide access to multiple domains and subdomains. Available domains may vary depending on the User's plan and may be added, removed, disabled, replaced, restricted, or temporarily unavailable at any time for security, technical, compliance, maintenance, or operational reasons.

QrixNova does not guarantee that any particular domain, subdomain, or short URL will remain available permanently.

Users must not create links that impersonate or misuse the identity of another person, company, financial institution, government organization, social network, brand, or other entity.

7. Domain Flagging, Blacklisting & Third-Party Suspension

QrixNova domains may be evaluated or monitored by independent third parties including Google, Google Safe Browsing, web browsers, antivirus/security providers, domain registrars, hosting providers, search engines, advertising platforms, ISPs, and other service providers.

If a User uses a QrixNova domain for prohibited, adult, malicious, deceptive, illegal, or policy-violating content, that activity may negatively affect the reputation or availability of the shared domain.

A third party may independently flag, blacklist, warn against, restrict, block, suspend, or otherwise limit access to a QrixNova domain. Such decisions are outside QrixNova's direct control.

QrixNova does not guarantee that any domain will remain continuously approved, trusted, unrestricted, unflagged, or available through any third-party platform, browser, security service, registrar, ISP, or advertising network.

If a domain becomes affected, QrixNova may investigate the issue and may disable, remove, replace, migrate, or restore the affected domain where reasonably possible. QrixNova does not guarantee that the same domain will be restored.

8. Shared Domain Abuse & User Liability

Many QrixNova domains may be shared by multiple Users. Therefore, misuse by one or more Users can potentially affect other Users and the overall reputation of a domain.

Users must not knowingly perform any activity that could cause a QrixNova domain, IP address, server, payment account, hosting service, or other infrastructure to be flagged, blacklisted, restricted, suspended, or terminated.

A User who violates these Terms is responsible for their own activity and may be held responsible, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for losses, complaints, claims, penalties, investigation costs, or other consequences directly resulting from their prohibited use.

QrixNova may permanently restrict a violating User from accessing shared domains or future services.

9. Third-Party Platforms & Advertising

QrixNova is an independent URL shortening service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Facebook, Meta, Google, TikTok, or any other third-party advertising or social media platform unless specifically stated.

Approval, rejection, restriction, suspension, reach, advertising performance, account status, or other actions taken by third-party platforms are controlled by those platforms.

QrixNova cannot guarantee that any shortened link, domain, advertisement, campaign, website, or advertising account will be approved or remain approved by a third-party platform.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their advertisements, creatives, destination pages, products, services, and campaigns comply with the applicable platform's policies.

10. Traffic & Analytics

Click statistics and analytics are provided for informational purposes. Counts may differ from statistics shown by advertising platforms or other analytics providers because of bot filtering, duplicate requests, caching, network conditions, tracking methods, privacy protections, or other technical factors.

QrixNova does not guarantee that analytics from different services will always match exactly.

11. Monitoring & Abuse Prevention

To protect Users, domains, and infrastructure, QrixNova may use automated or manual systems to identify suspicious links, unusual traffic, prohibited destinations, abuse patterns, security threats, or policy violations.

QrixNova may restrict, disable, or investigate a link or account when there is a reasonable security, abuse, legal, or compliance concern.

12. Suspension or Termination

QrixNova reserves the right to suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate any account, short link, domain access, or service that:

• Violates these Terms & Conditions.
• Contains or redirects to adult, XXX, illegal, malicious, fraudulent, or prohibited content.
• Creates security or infrastructure risks.
• Is associated with fraud, phishing, malware, spam, or impersonation.
• Generates abusive or harmful traffic.
• Causes or risks causing a QrixNova domain or infrastructure to be flagged, blacklisted, blocked, restricted, or suspended.
• Creates legal, regulatory, hosting, registrar, security-provider, or third-party compliance concerns.

Serious violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination without prior notice.

13. Service Availability

We work to maintain reliable and fast service; however, QrixNova does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.

Temporary or permanent interruptions may occur because of maintenance, upgrades, server issues, network failures, cyberattacks, abuse by Users, third-party infrastructure problems, domain or DNS issues, security-provider actions, registrar actions, legal requirements, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QrixNova will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

This includes, where permitted by applicable law, lost advertising spend, lost revenue, lost profits, lost traffic, campaign interruption or rejection, account restrictions, domain restrictions, blacklisting, browser/security warnings, third-party suspension, loss of business opportunity, or similar losses.

QrixNova is not responsible for a domain restriction, blacklist, suspension, warning, or service interruption caused by prohibited or abusive activity performed by Users or by independent actions of third-party providers outside QrixNova's reasonable control.

Users remain responsible for their destination websites, advertisements, content, campaigns, backups, business records, and compliance obligations.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, complaints, liabilities, damages, penalties, and reasonable costs arising directly from your illegal, prohibited, fraudulent, malicious, or unauthorized use of QrixNova, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party's rights.

16. Changes to the Service

QrixNova may update its pricing, packages, features, available domains, limits, policies, infrastructure, or service structure when reasonably necessary.

Material changes affecting existing Users may be communicated through the website, dashboard, notification system, or official support channels where appropriate.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version and effective date will be published on QrixNova.

Continued use of QrixNova after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, subject to applicable law.

18. Acceptance

By registering, purchasing a package, creating a short link, or otherwise using QrixNova, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
